TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
ASSISTANT (m/f/d)

We are looking for a

TRAVEL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (m/f/d)

part time (15-20 hours)

YOUR TASKS

You plan and organize the worldwide trips of our service engineers, sales managers and other employees. You are always up to date with the latest travel regulations within and outside the EU – e.g. A1 certificates – and make all necessary preparations for the trips. You take the respective colleagues’ specifications regarding dates, destinations and accommodation requirements as a basis for the organisation. Furthermore, you obtain all necessary permits and certificates and compile the documents for the travelers. In addition, you carry out general administrative tasks and correspondence in your extended area of responsibility.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

You have successfully completed training as an office communications clerk, office administrator, office communications specialist or office management assistant and have already gained professional experience in a similar position. Working in the digital office beyond fax and copier is easy and fun for you. You regard the sometimes complicated and time-consuming application procedures with authorities as a challenge that needs to be mastered. You look forward to being able to fully deploy your distinctive organisational talent. You also value independent work and feel jointly responsible for the success of the trips you organise. You approach your tasks in a structured and conscientious manner and enjoy working together with other colleagues in a team.

WE PROVIDE

We are proud of the personal and family-friendly atmosphere in our company. The maritime industry in which we operate is dynamic and challenging and offers good prospects for the future, not least because our technologies and products for the protection of waters and seas are becoming increasingly more important for ship operators worldwide. We offer flexible and fair working hours and performance-related pay. And we also take care of your physical well-being, e.g. with a reduced lunch in our canteen.

If you are interested in joining our team, we look forward to receiving your application, stating your salary expectations and a possible starting date!
