We are looking for an

full time (38 hours) or part time (25-30 hours)

You will review and process all incoming orders for plants and spare parts and obtain missing information or documents from the customer if necessary. The orders will be entered by you in our ERP system (proALPHA), triggering the corresponding workflows for order processing in production, warehouse or other departments. You arrange for the orders to be packaged, order shipping and compile the shipping documents including customs and export documents. You also provide support for export control. You invoice the orders according to the agreed terms of payment and carry out payment transactions.

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a management assistant for forwarding & logistics services or in wholesale and foreign trade (focus on foreign trade) and have gained professional experience in a similar position. Working with an ERP system, ideally proALPHA, is easy for you and you prefer to work with digital workflows rather than with fax and copy machines. Customs declarations in the ATLAS system, guarantees, credit orders and documentary collection are part of your daily business. You are looking forward to fully deploy your good communication skills with customers and partners. In addition, you value independent work and feel jointly responsible for the results of the transactions you process. You approach your tasks in a structured manner and enjoy working together with other colleagues in a team.

We are proud of the personal and family-friendly atmosphere in our company. The maritime industry in which we operate is dynamic and challenging and offers good prospects for the future, not least because our technologies and products for the protection of waters and seas are becoming increasingly more important for ship operators worldwide. We offer flexible and fair working hours and performance-related pay. And we also take care of your physical well-being, e.g. with a reduced lunch in our canteen.

If you are interested in joining our team, we look forward to receiving your application, stating your salary expectations and a possible starting date!
