CLAIMS AND SERVICE ORDERS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (m/f/d)

full time (38 hours)

YOUR TASKS

The high solution competence, flexibility and customer orientation in technical after-sales service is part of the brand core of HAMANN AG. You and your colleagues are the direct contact persons for our customers when it comes to complaints, warranty claims, technical support and service on site, by phone, e-mail or video chat. You will accept complaints and service orders and check whether all information necessary for processing is available. If necessary, you obtain missing information or documents from the customer. Then you enter the calls or orders into our merchandise management system (proALPHA) and trigger the corresponding workflows for order processing in the warehouse or in other areas. You plan and organize the worldwide assignments of our service technicians in the field, order the dispatch of spare parts and compile the shipping documents including customs and export documents.  Finally, you will invoice the service orders or rejected complaint cases according to the agreed terms of payment and carry out the payment transactions. In addition, you will take on tasks related to the support of our service partners worldwide.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a management assistant for forwarding & logistics services or in wholesale and foreign trade (focus on foreign trade) and have already gained professional experience in a similar position. Working with an ERP system, ideally proALPHA, is easy for you and you generally prefer to work with digital workflows rather than with fax and copy machines. Customs declarations in the ATLAS system, guarantees, credit orders and documentary collection are part of your daily business. You are looking forward to fully deploy your good communication skills with customers and partners. In addition, you value independent work and feel jointly responsible for the results of the transactions you process. You approach your tasks in a structured manner and enjoy working together with other colleagues in a team.
